No, services are all cash pay. Upon request, a Superbill can be sent to the client directly for the client to file for out of network reimbursement through their insurance company. I do this so that we can meet your individual goals, not goals set by insurance company reimbursement rates, and also so I can maximize quality one-on-one care.

After that, a signed prescription from a physician, chiropractor, midwife or nurse practitioner is necessary to continue treatment. Functional dry needling is a technique performed by a physical therapist with special training where a thin, flexible needle is inserted into a muscle. It can treat a tight muscle with a painful, taut band, or treat a weak muscle that isn’t activating as it should. Think of it like a control-alt-delete for a muscle. It resets the muscle–brain connection, improving muscle activation and range of motion and decreasing pain and improving function.
See my blog post for more information on what it feels like, risks and more!
