Pricing

Oak Cliff Physical Therapy is private pay — health insurance is not accepted. HSA and FSA funds are welcome, and receipts are provided for out-of-network submission.

PTs may evaluate and treat for 30 days without a referral. After that, a physician, NP, CNM, PA, or chiropractor referral is required, unless the visit is for wellness or prevention.

Initial evaluation

90 minutes — $210

A comprehensive initial visit that includes listening to your story, a thorough physical examination, and treatment on day one.

FOLLOW UP TREATMENT SESSIONS

60 minutes — $160

One-on-one care emphasizing movement progressions, manual therapy, and education to help you feel and move better between visits.

  • 3-session package: $408 (save $72)

DRY NEEDLING ONLY SESSIONS

30-minute session — $80

Available only after an initial physical therapy evaluation has been completed.

If you are a new patient, please schedule an Initial Evaluation before booking dry needling.

  • 3-session package: $204 (save $36)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life and illness happen. Each patient is allowed one complimentary late cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

This courtesy does not apply to Initial Physical Therapy Evaluations.

Any additional late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
